Description of Services: (SEE IMAGE SAMPLES BELOW)
Anthony Pan will recreate the image of people or animals in one of two distinct mediums. Whether your portrait is done with pen and watercolor ink in a black and white representation, or in a full-color, impressionistic painting, the portrait you commission will be recognizable through Anthony Pan?s distinct style.
All consultation is free of charge, and your portrait is guaranteed to be executed with utmost professionalism. As Pan?s time and materials are necessary to complete all portraits, and quality is often in the eye of the beholder, a deposit of half the full amount due will be required before the portraiture will be initiated. All checks will be made out to Anthony Nelson, and will accompany the contact and indentification information deemed appropriate by the artist.
The original work of art will be the property of the commissioning party upon complete payment. However, as personal portraiture is priced differently than commercial illustration, accepting the portraiture work of Anthony Pan implies agreement to restricting the portraiture from commercial recreation or distribution.

Pen and Ink Prices:
Standard Portraiture
1. $250.00 minimum payment.
2. Portrait contains one character, either human or animal.
3. Image is recreated from a photograph, either customer supplied or taken digitally by the artist.
4. Finished portrait will be delivered in either an 8.5X11 in. or 11X14 in. standard frame size.
5. Portraits will be completed and ready for framing within five business days of the initial deposit.
Custom Portraiture Prices
1. $200.00 for each additional character in the same portrait, either human or animal.
2. Live model sitting adds a $100.00 minimum to the overall price of the portraiture.
3. To add colorization the artist will quote an additional price and extended delivery time.
4. For additional background details, the artist will quote an additional price and extended time for delivery.
5. Rush service, defined as portrait completion within 48 hours of initial deposit, will require an additional $150.00 minimum charge to the overall cost.
6. Custom sizing of the portrait will require an additional $100.00 minimum charge to the overall cost.
Impressionistic Painting Portrait Prices:
Standard Impressionistic Portraiture
1. $400.00 minimum payment.
2. Portrait contains one character, either human or animal.
3. Image is recreated from a photograph, either customer supplied or taken digitally by the artist.
4. Finished portrait will be delivered in either an 11X14 in. or 16X20 in. standard frame size on canvas.
5. Portraits will be completed and ready for framing within five business days of the initial deposit.
Custom Impressionistic Portraiture Prices
1. $250.00 for each additional character in the same portrait, either human or animal.
2. Live model sitting adds a $200.00 minimum to the overall price of the portraiture.
3. Colorization is included in the standard pricing.
4. For additional background details, the artist will quote an additional price and extended time for delivery.
5. Rush service, defined as portrait completion within 36 hours of initial deposit, will require an additional $200.00 minimum charge to the overall cost.
6. Custom sizing of the portrait will be quoted by the artist.
Suggestions to the Customer for Better Quality:
- Review supplied samples of the artist?s previous works for an accurate example of what you want from the final portrait.
- Keep the image size standard for framing, as custom framing can be more time consuming, and far more expensive.
- Remember, you are commissioning an artistic rendering of whomever you are having recreated. Do not expect an exact likeness, as this would warrant you commissioning a photograph in instead.
- If you are planning on including colorization, it is important to consider where the art will be hung. Consider the colors you may request to be matched for d飯r ahead of time.
- All supplied photographs should be:
1. Recently taken.
2. Similar in both pose and in expression, (don?t supply a photo with the subject smiling if you hope for a more serious result).
3. Make sure the photo is in focus, and clearly reflects the look of the subject.
4. For colorized portraits, please make sure the photo is also in color.
5. All submitted photographs must be approved by the artist before the portrait is initiated.
6. Clearly state any alterations to the photo you want to be reflected in the final product, (such as ?remove this mole, make him sitting,? or ?put her in this outfit.?
